PRODUCTION

As all Twelve AM signature pieces are made to order please allow a minimum turnaround time of 2 weeks for production. Please note that while we strive to produce orders within this time frame, turnaround times are subject to change and delay.  

WARRANTY

All Twelve AM pieces come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Please note that wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Any repairs will be assessed by our team and may incur a repair fee. We believe in creating lasting pieces, so please do not hesitate to contact us about refurbishment. 

 

SHIPPING

We send all our items express via Australia post with insurance. For piece of mind all parcels require a signature on delivery. We offer free express shipping on all orders over $200 in Australia and $400 worldwide. We will contact you with a tracking number once your item has been dispatched. Please note that international orders way incur an import tax or duty depending on the recipient country. The recipient is liable for these charges.  

 

RETURNS

As all signature pieces are made to order, refunds due to change of mind are not available for any purchase. We can offer a store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item, however, in compliance with Australian Health Regulations we are unable to offer returns on any piercing jewellery. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the recipient and we recommend sending returns via registered post with insurance. Please note there are no returns available on custom orders.
